Is FireThunder certified?
FIRETHUNDER SARL holds ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 13485 (medical devices) certifications. FireVIEW, our diagnostic console, is itself developed under the ISO 13485 framework.
How long does a deployment take?
It depends on your volume and equipment. A typical install covers the DICOM inventory, history migration, RIS/PACS integration and team training. We give you the precise timeline after the initial 10-minute call.
What support do you provide after install?
7-day support from Morocco via phone, email and secure remote access. Software updates are included in the contract. Our team can travel on-site anywhere in Morocco for critical interventions.
Which standards and modalities do you handle?
DICOM 3.0 (every modality: CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, cardio, dental, nuclear medicine), HL7 v2.x, FHIR R5. CNSS, CNOPS and Moroccan private-insurer integrations for FireBILL.
