These terms of use (Terms) govern access to and use of firethunder.ma, the showcase site of FireThunder, a Moroccan publisher of medical imaging software. Supply of FireThunder software to a client is governed by a separate contract (sales terms, quote, purchase order) signed between FireThunder and the end client; these Terms strictly cover use of the website.
For legal purposes, the original French version of these Terms prevails over this English translation.
1. Purpose
The site presents the FireThunder software suite, its solutions, the company, its case studies, its documentation, and lets visitors request a demo or contact the team.
2. Access
Access is free. Connection costs (hardware, telecoms, Internet access) are the visitor's responsibility. FireThunder may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or any other technical reason.
3. Use of the site
The visitor agrees to use the site in compliance with applicable laws, and in particular not to:
- attempt to bypass security or rate-limiting measures;
- submit illegal, offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content via the forms;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers) without authorization;
- collect data on other users.
4. Intellectual property
See legal notice §4. Any unauthorized use of content engages its author's liability.
5. Personal data
Data collected through contact and demo forms is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, applicable site-wide and compliant with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
6. Liability
Information on the site is provided for informational purposes. FireThunder shall not be liable for:
- direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site;
- temporary unavailability of the site;
- occasional errors or omissions in regularly updated content.
7. External links
Linking to the site is permitted provided it does not harm FireThunder's image, does not engage in misleading framing, and clearly indicates the source. FireThunder reserves the right to request removal of a link deemed non-compliant.
8. Changes
FireThunder may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one accessible on this page at the date of consultation.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to mandatory applicable provisions.
